Founded by Tracey Jones in 2019, YOUTH BMORES UPRISE (Y.B.U) was established in order to provide youth an environment in which they can reach their fullest potential. Tracey Jones has been a dedicated Educator within the public school system for over 13 years. Within this time frame Mrs. Jones has been a strong advocate and voice  for the youth of Baltimore, which has lead her to give way to Y.B.U.  Her passion is to help plant the seed in each child she encounters and enlist the village to help water them to flourish into productive, successful young citizens.
BRIAN YANCEY
Co-founder and Sports Director
Mr. Yancey brings great expertise and a wealth of knowledge to YOUTH BMORES UPRISE (Y.B.U). He has over 10 + years as a Baltimore City public school educator. Not to mention a combined 30+ years of playing and coaching several sports on many levels. His excellence has lead him to want to share his skills with the at risk youth of Baltimore as an alternative option other than the perceived notion of all youths are engaging in negative behavior during idol time. Y.B.U sports helps to develop a sense of discipline, respect, and structure. It also helps to develop teamwork and leadership skills that works towards a common goal to achieve communication and problem solving skills that will benefit them on and off the field.
